Spring Creek Apiary

The apiary is located on the outskirts of Kiama in The Southern Illawarra Region of NSW. The area has historical and ongoing connections to the rural industry - dairy farming in particular. Our bees source nectar from local floral species endemic to the adjacent Spring Creek wetland as well as from nearby rural properties and our honey is 100% pure and untainted with any type of refined sugars and syrups. The flavours are complex and reflect the variety of native floral species available to our bees across the seasons. We are only a small producer and keep our supply limited to a local customer base. It's not our intention to be anything more than good managers to our bees and to offer a premium quality product in a simple way that honours the town where we live and the people that choose to favour us with their custom.
